Responsibilities:

• Supervise front office associates and guest service personnel.

• Oversee efficient check-in/check-out processes and manage reservations.

• Address escalated guest complaints and resolve service issues effectively.

• Monitor lobby operations and coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.

• Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of front office staff.

• Maintain service standards, grooming, and adherence to hotel policies.

• Prepare shift reports and communicate operational updates to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Management is preferred.

• WSQ certifications in Hotel Operations or Service Excellence are advantageous.

• 3–5 years of experience in hotel front office or guest services, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or duty management role.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).

• Relevant problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
