Resident Technical officer
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant RTO experience, including at least 5 years supervising works of similar complexity, such as buildings, tunnels, deep excavations, foundations, monitoring-instrument installation and monitoring-data collation.
Qualification: Diploma in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering from a recognized Polytechnic or equivalent institution.
Accreditation: Accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) of IES and ACES.
Safety: Valid Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) certificate.
Technical Knowledge: Be conversant with statutory codes and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration, and the submission of progress reports.
Record-Keeping: Demonstrate competence in maintaining accurate and updated site records of work progress.
Problem-Solving: Be proactive in resolving and managing site issues while fostering a positive team spirit.
Flexibility: Must be willing to work in shifts.
