Resident Technical Officer

RTO Job Scope:

To carry out full time site supervision as Resident Technical Officers as required under the Building Control Act & Regulations
Contract period is 27 month to cover the construction of a 7-storey warehouse and a 11-storey mixed use facility at Sungei Kadut St 1
Contract start date: Oct 2026
Total 2 RTO position to be filled, to assist the lead RE and the other 3 RTOs, covering the supervision of structural and architectural works

Remuneration:

In addition to monthly salary,

1 month of AWS for will be provided upon completion of 12th month and 24th month of service respectively
2.5 months of gratuity to be released upon completion of contract
