Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Wellness Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the wellness staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily nursing operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Conduct regular assessments of residents' health and well-being.
• Collaborate with the Wellness Director, care team, and healthcare providers to support individualized resident care plans.
• Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff to promote professional development.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in the EHR.
• Manage medication inventory, ordering, and ensuring compliance with storage, counts, and handling regulations.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, families, and staff while maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe medication area and promote a supportive wellness environment.
• Provide attentive, compassionate service that respects residents’ mobility, cognitive, and sensory needs.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and team members while upholding ethics and integrity.
