Got a way with words but a resume that’s still a bit... light? We don’t care about your "years of service"—we care about your voice. We’re looking for a Junior Copywriter who spends too much time analyzing TikTok captions and actually enjoys the challenge of writing 50 headlines for a single banner.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Learn the Ropes: Support the senior team on everything from punchy social captions to long-form blogs.
- Brainstorming Sponge: Sit in on creative sessions, contribute "wildcard" ideas, and learn how a real agency breathes.
- Drafting & Tweaking: You’ll be the king/ queen of first drafts. You’ll write, get feedback, rewrite, and get better every single day.
- The Hustle: Show up with ideas, stay curious, and never be afraid to ask, "Wait, why are we doing it this way?"
Are You The One?
- The Talent: You have a blog, a spicy Twitter (X) feed, or a portfolio of "spec" ads that prove you can write.
- The Attitude: Zero ego. You take feedback like a champ and turn it into fuel.
- The Basics: You know your grammar, but you also know when to break the rules for the sake of a good hook.
