Residential Cleaner (Multi-Site)

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of residential properties, including common areas, grounds, and vacant apartment units. Ensures assigned areas are clean, sanitary, and presentable in accordance with company standards.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
1. Property Cleaning:
a. Clean and maintain apartment common areas, hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, and other assigned spaces.
b. Clean vacant apartment units to ensure readiness for new residents.
c. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of assigned property grounds and exterior areas.
d. Properly use cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials.
2. Property Safety:
a. Follow safety procedures when performing cleaning duties.
b. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in a safe and organized manner.
3. Professional Conduct:
a. Maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents and fellow employees.
b. Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines outlined in the Employee Guidebook.
c. Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company dress code standards.
d. Complete assigned duties reliably and within established timeframes.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to perform physical duties associated with cleaning residential properties, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying cleaning supplies, and climbing stairs. Must be able to safely operate standard cleaning equipment and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.

Full-time.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for travel between assigned properties.
