We are seeking a motivated Residential Construction Project Manager to manage builder accounts, coordinate projects, drive sales growth, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction from project start to completion.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales-driven customer service environment.
• Experience in the flooring, construction, building materials, cabinetry, or related industry preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects, teams, and customer relationships simultaneously.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships, increase sales, and support profitability goals.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized sales systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned builder and contractor accounts.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
• Strengthen relationships through consistent communication, responsiveness, and follow-through.
• Ensure customers receive an excellent experience from project kickoff through completion.
• Become proficient in company systems, including RFMS and related project management tools.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and installation practices.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel to construction sites, model homes, and customer locations.
• Ability to navigate active construction environments safely.
• Occasional lifting of materials and samples up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in both office and retail showroom environments.
