Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Our client is a law firm based in Blackheath Village seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE.

Key requirements for the role include:-

Ability to handle all types of residential property matters, including:

• Lease extensions
• Transfers of equity
• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• New builds
• Auction sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Help to Buy
• Shared Ownership

Ideally, the candidate will also have proven experience in the following:-

• Lease extensions under the LRHUDA 1993
• Collective freehold purchases under the LRHUDA 1993

Further attributes will include:-

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Well organised
• Ability to supervise junior staff.
