We are looking for a Residential Cook for a replacement position. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, preparation, and presentation of meals for large groups, ensuring quality and food safety at all times.
What you'll do
Develop preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical data sheets, and implement good practices.
Prepare adapted menus and diets.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow.
Oversee the inventory of ingredients and materials, placing orders when necessary.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP record.
Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks for the work area, and control the use of machinery, materials, and equipment.
Train new team members in cooking practices and company procedures.
What we're looking for
Essential to have a minimum of 2 years of specific experience as a Cook in collective catering, restoration, or hospitality (menu preparation, HACCP control, food safety).
A resourceful person with strong communication skills.
Teamwork.
Schedule availability.
Nice to have
Training preferably in Hospitality: Higher Technician in Restoration, Technician in Cooking, or similar.

How you'll work
Full-time position of 35 hours per week.
Schedule: from Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts according to roster (2 days of weekly rest).
Duration: replacement for sick leave.
