What You’ll Do

As a Residential Coordinator in BHN’s ACCS (Adult Community Clinical Services) you will provide direct services to individuals served in a 24/7 program that helps individuals meet their goals and reduce hospitalizations. ACCS provides clinical and rehabilitative interventions to aid in client's mental illness recovery. In this role, you will:

  • Initiate, support, and ensure quality of life for clients in the program

  • Ensure overall health and well-being of individuals served by participating in Multidisciplinary Team meetings
  • Oversee all aspects of medication treatment and administration
  • Provide crisis intervention and emergency services as a member of the on-call team (rotating)
  • Act as primary implementer of strategies to meet ISP goals
  • Take necessary actions to protect individuals served in the event of abuse/neglect complaints
  • Other tasks as assigned by management

Who You Are

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. (required), plus 3 years of relevant experienced OR Associate's Degree or equivalent

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in the human services field working with the target population
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $50,000 - $55,000
