Provide daily care and support to adults with developmental disabilities in a group-home setting, assisting with personal hygiene, meals, activities, and community integration.
Residential Counselor – Bristol CILA
A CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) is a group home style living arrangement for adults aged 18 and older living with developmental disabilities. Clearbrook currently has 50+ CILA homes around the Chicago area, each one housing 1-8 clients each.

Location: Hanover Park, IL
Hours: Full Time
Schedule: Friday 3pm-Sunday 7am (40hrs/week)
Pay: $21.35/hr + Paid Training!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the direct provision of active treatment to the clients including training and assistance in all areas addressed in the individual program plans of the clients to whom she/he is assigned.
- Teach and provide the support necessary for the individual’s use of community resources.
- Assist clients with daily living activities including (but not limited to) personal hygiene, feeding & housekeeping.
- Assist clients in all areas of social and recreational program activities for the day.
