In This Role, You Will

• Build positive relationships with individuals served
• Assist with personal care, household tasks, meal preparation, and community involvement
• Provide transportation to medical appointments and recreational activities
• Support medication administration and wellness goals
• Complete required documentation and follow agency policies and procedures
• Help create safe, engaging, and person-centered living environments
