Job Responsibilities
• Install residential electrical systems, wiring, panels, outlets, switches, lighting, and related components
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and project specifications
• Install and connect electrical equipment in accordance with local codes and company standards
• Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure proper system functionality
• Assist with panel upgrades, circuit installations, EV chargers, generators, and other residential electrical projects
• Test electrical systems and verify safe operation upon project completion
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
• Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding project scope, progress, and timelines
• Complete required job documentation, permits, and inspection-related paperwork as needed
• Coordinate with team members, supervisors, and other trades to ensure efficient project completion
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition
• Follow all safety regulations, electrical codes, and company policies
• Identify and communicate additional customer needs or project opportunities when appropriate
• Other job duties as assigned
