Depending on your experience and strengths, you'll primarily work in either our Service or Installation division.   • Up to $1,500 per month for 12 months based on license level, attendance, and quality workmanship

Schedule

Monday-Friday

• 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No regular nights
• No regular weekends
• Overtime opportunities available

What You'll Do

Depending on your background and business needs, you'll primarily work in either our Service or Installation department.

Responsibilities may include:

• Troubleshooting and diagnosing residential electrical issues
• Performing electrical repairs and system upgrades
• Completing panel upgrades and service changes
• Installing generators, transfer switches, and EV charging stations
• Performing remodel and renovation wiring
• Installing outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and dedicated circuits
• Conducting electrical inspections and identifying safety concerns
• Ensuring all work complies with electrical codes and company standards
• Communicating professionally with homeowners regarding findings and recommendations
• Delivering exceptional customer service on every job

Qualifications

Required

• Wisconsin electrical credential (Registered Electrician or higher)
• At least 1 year of residential electrical experience
• Experience in residential electrical service, installation, or both
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to provide basic hand tools
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Preferred

• Journeyman Electrician license or higher
• 3+ years of residential electrical experience
• Experience with panel upgrades and service changes
• Experience with generators, EV chargers, or remodel wiring
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service software
• Strong customer communication skills
