Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate fencing needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare accurate and timely estimates using company pricing guidelines.
- Present proposals and close residential fencing projects.
- Follow up on all estimates in a timely manner.
- Maintain a current bid log and provide weekly sales activity reports.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners through exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with scheduling, operations, and installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Conduct site measurements and identify potential installation challenges.
- Communicate project details accurately to the installation team.
- Address customer questions before, during, and after installation.
- Assist with resolving customer concerns professionally.
- Represent Viking Fence with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
- Attend sales meetings and participate in ongoing product and sales training.

- 2+ years of residential sales experience preferred.
- Experience in fencing, construction, landscaping, home improvement, or a related industry preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to read property surveys and perform accurate field measurements.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Travel throughout assigned area and ability to visit job sites.
