What You'll Do

• Install residential HVAC systems, including split systems, heat pumps, and ductwork

• Perform equipment replacements, changeouts, and new installations

• Ensure installations meet safety, code, and company quality standards

• Diagnose and resolve installation-related issues

• Complete accurate job documentation using company technology

• Maintain organized equipment, tools, and work areas

• Deliver professional, 5-star customer service

What We're Looking For

• Residential HVAC installation experience required

• Experience installing split systems, heat pumps, and ductwork

• Ability to work independently and as part of an installation team

• Knowledge of HVAC installation procedures and safety standards

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and communication skills

• EPA certification preferred

• Ability to perform physical fieldwork, including lifting equipment and working in attics and crawl spaces

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
