Must have: 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience EPA 608 certification Comfortable reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting electrical Clean driving record Able to explain a problem to a homeowner clearly and honestly Nice to have: Mini-split and VRF experience Commercial Equipment Experience
