The ideal candidate will be skilled in diagnosing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems while delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and indoor air quality equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and service calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot system issues and recommend effective solutions to customers.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service at all times.
- Meet productivity and performance goals established by the company.
- Keep accurate service records and complete required documentation.
- Maintain truck stock, tools, and inventory according to company guidelines.
- Follow vehicle maintenance schedules and maintain a clean, organized service vehicle.
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company policies.
