We're looking for a hands-on Residential Lead who can mentor staff, support residents, and promote excellence in daily care and programming.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents with daily living skills and personal growth.
- Lead and coach residential staff through hands-on guidance.
- Ensure compliance with resident programs, documentation, and medication procedures.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and positive residential environment.
