Residential Life Coordinator
Summary
Live-in role overseeing student housing, supervising resident advisors, and providing support for personal and academic concerns in a college residence hall.
BASIC FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for the quality of living in a given residence hall. Supervise and assist Resident Advisors. Assist individual residents in personal, academic, and social matters by providing advice and referrals to the appropriate sources. This is a required Live-in position. The position requires staff to work office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., be accessible within the residence hall after office hours and on-call for 24 hours.
