We deliver fuels, natural gas, electric supply, solar, HVAC, generators, plumbing, and more to homes and businesses across the region. That includes rural communities that have counted on us for generations. Our culture is built on one simple idea: We Start With Yes.
What We Are Looking For
NOCO is seeking a high-performing, experienced residential sales professional to grow our home services business across HVAC, generators, plumbing, solar, and other residential energy solutions. This role is designed for a proven salesperson who knows how to meet with homeowners, quickly understand their needs, build trust, recommend the right solution, and close the sale. The ideal candidate has previous success selling HVAC or other residential home services and is comfortable managing opportunities from the initial customer conversation through signed agreement.
What You Will Do
  • Meet with homeowners to understand their needs and recommend appropriate residential solutions.
  • Sell HVAC equipment and services, while identifying opportunities for generators, plumbing, solar, maintenance plans, and other NOCO home services.
  • Manage company-provided leads with a strong sense of urgency and consistent follow-up.
  • Generate additional opportunities through referrals, networking, existing customers, and prospecting.
  • Conduct professional in-home consultations and clearly explain options, benefits, pricing, financing, and next steps.
  • Prepare accurate proposals and present multiple solutions based on the customer's needs.
  • Confidently ask for the business and close sales.
  • Meet or exceed established revenue, margin, close-rate, and activity expectations.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately document customer activity and opportunities in the CRM.
  • Follow up consistently on open proposals and unsold opportunities.
  • Build relationships that generate repeat business and customer referrals.
  • Partner closely with customer service, operations, installers, technicians, and other residential teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop strong knowledge of NOCO's full portfolio of residential products and services.
  • Stay current on home-comfort technology, energy-efficiency solutions, financing programs, competitive offerings, and market trends.
  • Represent NOCO professionally in customers' homes and throughout the community.
