Residential Director

This position is an on-call salary position. The primary hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, however, there are times when hours will be necessary outside of these times. Primary responsibilities include oversight of our residential homes, Program Coordinators, scheduling, activity planning and staffing concerns. This position is expected to promote a positive working environment with an emphasis on teamwork and organization. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a residential program with individuals with developmental disabilities is required. 5 years of supervisory experience required. Must be able to pass drug screening, background check and a DOT physical.
