Residential Program Director Washington, DC (IDD Services Provider)

Innovative Life Solutions is seeking an experienced and compassionate Program Director to oversee the operations of multiple residential and community-based programs serving individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).

The Program Director is responsible for ensuring high-quality Person-Centered Supports, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, staff development, and positive outcomes for the individuals we support. This position provides leadership to Residential Managers and Program Managers while ensuring compliance with District of Columbia Department on Disability Services (DDS) regulations, Medicaid Waiver requirements, HCBS Final Rule, and agency policies.
