What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the team — You’ll provide direct supervision to program staff and make sure services are delivered with excellence.
  • Creating a therapeutic environment — You’ll monitor the milieu to ensure every youth’s treatment plan is supported with care and consistency.
  • Keeping communication flowing — You’ll help departments stay connected and collaborate with outside agencies when needed.
  • Owning documentation & development — You’ll oversee paperwork, support program growth, and help us evolve in meaningful ways.

What You’ll Need to Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree plus two years of experience in a child-caring facility
  • Leadership skills that inspire, mentor, and motivate
  • Self-starter energy — someone who can run with tasks and meet timelines independently
  • Flexibility to support the needs of the program and the youth we serve
  • A valid driver’s license

Requirements


All persons applying for these positions must be willing and able to perform "Safe Crisis Management", a technique used to restrain or transport a resident who has temporarily lost control of their behavior. Maryhurst provides extensive training opportunities for all employees who will have direct contact with the clients.
