Oversee residential roofing projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction through on-site checks, work orders, and final inspections.
As a full-time Residential Project Manager with Four Seasons Kanga Roof, you'll play a key part in the successful and efficient completion of our quality roofing projects. You'll lead field crews in performing excellent work according to company expectations, trade regulations, and customer specifications.

In this project management role, you'll develop material lists and work orders for roofing jobs and perform regular on-site quality control inspections. You'll make yourself available to help the crew with whatever they need and ensure we stay within the agreed-upon budgets and timelines. When the job's finished, you'll perform a final walkthrough before closing everything out.

We would prefer that our Residential Project Manager have exceptional communication skills for leading field crews and correctly expressing job details and expectations. What matters most is that you have:
- 4+ years of roofing experience
- Master Shingle Applicator certification
- Current, valid driver's license
- Basic computer skills, proficiency with Google programs, and familiarity with industry software like CompanyCam
