AdaCo Construction | Full-Time | Atlanta Metro

Compensation: $80,000–$85,000 base salary + performance bonuses

AdaCo Construction is an established residential renovation contractor working throughout Metro Atlanta. We specialize in renovating vacant single-family homes, rental properties, and investment properties for professional property management companies and investors.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Project Manager who can take ownership of multiple renovation projects, manage subcontractors, control budgets, and consistently deliver completed projects on schedule.

This is a field-focused position, not a desk-only construction management role.

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple residential renovation and property turn projects throughout Metro Atlanta.
• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors and renovation crews.
• Walk properties, review scopes of work, and identify construction issues before they become expensive problems.
• Monitor budgets, material costs, schedules, and project profitability.
• Inspect workmanship and ensure projects meet company quality standards.
• Coordinate punch lists, final inspections, and project closeouts.
• Maintain accurate project updates, photos, and documentation using construction management software.
• Communicate directly with company ownership and internal support staff.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing residential renovations, rental property rehabs, or similar construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction trades, including drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to read construction scopes, identify cost issues, and keep projects within budget.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable making decisions independently and taking ownership of results.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Experience with vacant home renovations, rental property turns, or high-volume residential renovation work is especially valuable.
