Residential Sales Specialist

Job Summary
The Residential Services Specialist (RSS) at Kustom will be equipped with Matterport technology to capture detailed 3D models of disaster-impacted properties. This role involves executing scanning processes and engaging with prospects to secure authorizations for reconstruction services. The RSS plays a key role in sales, leveraging the unlimited commission plan for a lucrative sales career.

Responsibilities
The Residential Services Specialist will perform the following duties, along with any additional responsibilities as assigned:

Property Scanning:

• Utilize Matterport to scan properties, producing interactive 3D models.
• Capture comprehensive photos for damage assessment and reconstruction estimation.

Prospect Engagement and Sales:

• Initiate and nurture engagements with prospects, showcasing Kustom’s restoration services.
• Employ sales strategies to obtain signed Authorizations to Proceed.
  

Service Knowledge:

• Maintain a thorough understanding of Kustom’s residential services.
• Address inquiries and concerns, emphasizing Kustom’s commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
