Residential Service Plumber Duties:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems, including water, drainage, and fixture-related issues.
- Provide customers with clear repair and replacement options, educating them on findings, recommendations, and long-term solutions.
- Accurately document all service calls, estimates, invoices, and job notes using ServiceTitan.
- Maintain professional communication with customers, dispatch, and office staff to ensure efficient scheduling and exceptional service.
- Safely operate and maintain a company vehicle while adhering to all traffic laws and company safety standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current on industry best practices, products, and company procedures.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by building trust, maintaining a clean work area, and representing the company professionally at all times.
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify potential issues and recommend preventative maintenance solutions.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
Required Service Plumber Qualifications:
- 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience
- Experience in removing and installing water heaters - Strongly Preferred
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record (to operate company vehicle)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of safety compliance
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Able to handle physical workload, lift and carry 60 lbs.
