Residential Assistant Service Technician

Our property management company is seeking a skilled and reliable Residential Assistant Service Technician to join our team in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, and HVAC systems and handle a variety of maintenance work orders efficiently. This role includes daily maintenance tasks, unit turns, work order response, and ensuring all work meets the highest standards.
The compensation range for the position is $24 to $27 per hour, based on experience and skill level, plus quarterly bonus potential.

Qualifications and Responsibilities
  • Required: Highly skilled in electrical, plumbing, painting, and HVAC systems with a commitment to quality service.
  • Experience in multifamily housing is preferred.
  • Required: Must be able to work Saturdays. The work schedule for this position is Tuesday-Saturday.
  • Complete work orders and unit turns efficiently.
  • Availability is required for our emergency on-call rotation.
  • Provide superior customer care to residents.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Work occasional overtime.
