Residential Services Director (ICF) South Louisiana
Arc of Acadiana is seeking an experienced and mission-driven leader to serve as our Residential Services Director (ICF Administrator) for South Louisiana. This leadership position is responsible for the overall administration, regulatory compliance, operational performance, and strategic direction of our Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) Residential Program.
The Residential Services Director provides leadership and oversight for multiple residential homes serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, person-centered, and high-quality services. This position serves as the designated ICF Administrator and is accountable for survey readiness, licensing compliance, quality assurance, risk management, workforce leadership, and operational excellence across the residential program.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight of all Residential Community Group Home operations.
- Serve as the designated ICF Administrator and maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, Medicaid, and licensing requirements.
- Lead regulatory surveys, audits, investigations, corrective action planning, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Directly supervise residential and nursing leadership staff, providing coaching, accountability, and professional development.
- Ensure participant health, safety, welfare, and quality outcomes across all residential locations.
- Monitor program performance, staffing effectiveness, operational metrics, and compliance indicators.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets, resources, and strategic priorities.
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, regulatory excellence, and person-centered services.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to support organizational goals and long-term program success.
