Summary:
Responsibilities include implementing, assessing, and evaluating individual program plans for residential services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnosis. This position will act as manager to direct care staff. Additional job duties are listed in the job description that is attached.
This position will teach and demonstrate habilitation services to adults with developmental disabilities which include community-based training opportunities. Behavior intervention skills a must!
We have one manager position in one of our group homes and 1 in supported living. Full job descriptions attached.

Monday: 7:00am-5:00 pm
Tuesday: 7:00am-5:00 pm
Wednesday: 7:00am-5:00 pm
Thursday: 7:00am-5:00 pm
