Residential Support Advisor-48 hr warrior

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Speak and read standard English

License/Certification:

• Maintain Abuse/Neglect/Exploitation, Ethics, Sexual Harassment, Emergency Preparedness, Vehicle Orientation, HIPPA, Bloodborn Pathogens, AP/SP/CI, Supportive Healthy Living, Residential Orientation and OSHA trainings and CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration and Mandt certifications
• Valid Kansas Driver’s License with good driving record

Skills:

• Ability to read/interpret/understand documents such as safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to perform basic math functions
• Ability to solve practical problems, dealing with a variety of concrete variables in situation where only limited standardization exists (rational decision-making)
• Ability to interpret/carry out a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
• Demonstrate domestic skills: cooking, cleaning, laundry and other household duties
