As a Residential Support Counselor, you'll:
✔️ Support residents with daily living skills and independence
✔️ Implement positive behavior support plans using trauma-informed care
✔️ Mentor and encourage personal growth through therapeutic and recreational activities
✔️ Provide crisis intervention and create a safe, supportive environment
✔️ Help residents participate in community outings and meaningful experiences
