As a Residential Support Counselor, you'll:
✔️ Provide direct supervision, mentoring, and person-centered support
✔️ Organize therapeutic and recreational activities that encourage socialization and personal growth
✔️ Communicate and collaborate with clinical teams to support each individual's treatment goals
✔️ Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and behavioral observations
✔️ Help create a safe, structured environment while supporting each person's journey toward independence
