Residential Treatment Director

JOB PURPOSE: The Treatment Director provides leadership and oversight for mental and behavioral health treatment provided in an Endeavors’ residential care program in Texas, which may include emergency placement shelter(s) and/or longer-term residential shelter(s) for children in foster care. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the program, supervision of staff, and ensuring compliance with Texas childcare licensing regulations. The Director also develops community partnerships and works collaboratively with the relevant SSCC and other stakeholders to support the safety, well-being, and stability of children in care.
