Resilience Risk Officer (Tech)

You will advance technology risk management and digital resilience across technological environments, teams, and initiatives. You will conduct risk assessments, advise stakeholders, oversee technology risks, design monitoring metrics, support regulatory implementation, and engage with regulators on resilience strategy.

Responsibilities

• Execute technology risk assessments across IT areas, projects, and assets
• Advise stakeholders on risk actions
• Build relationships with technology leadership
• Provide second-line oversight for technology risks
• Design key risk indicators
• Monitor and report technology risks
• Incorporate IT risks into the company risk profile
• Advise second-line teams on technology requirements
• Engage global regulators on IT resilience strategy and posture

Requirements

• At least 5 years of IT risk management experience
• Experience in second-line risk management or technology risk consulting
• Experience with IT risk evaluations, IT resilience, incident management, and business continuity
• Knowledge of DORA, NIS2, or recognized industry frameworks
• Understanding of hardware, software, networks, systems, and on-premises or cloud environments
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to define processes and frameworks
