Resolutions Support (Part-Time)
First National Bank of America is seeking friendly and professional Resolutions Support to efficiently serve our residential borrowers resolving delinquent accounts. The candidate must be a quick learner that has the capabilities to multi-task in our fast paced environment.
This is a part-time position, Monday – Friday, 20-25 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with case managers
- Work with title companies
- Prepare deed in lieu of foreclosure documents
- Review mortgage documents
- Draft letters and correspondences for internal and external use
- Perform routine customer calls and correspondences
- Resolves client questions or problems ensuring a resolution
- Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulation
- And any other duties
- Complete transfer tax forms
- Draft various legal documents
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of mortgage documentation, title work or real estate experience a plus but not required, entry level para legal
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a huge plus!
