Resort Services Attendant
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of assigned restrooms, waste receptacles, and common grounds in a timely, safe, and organized manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure all areas of responsibility are cleaned and sanitized to standard
- Clean and sanitize all assigned restrooms
- Ensure trash in assigned areas is pulled and maintained
- Ensure assigned areas are kept clean and free of debris
- May utilize equipment such as pressure washer and blower
- Monitor and maintain department inventory
- Ensure all areas are clean and ready prior to opening each day
- Other duties as assigned include minor turf care, maintenance, and painting
QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs

Must be able to stand and walk for entire shift

Must be able to work in various weather conditions such as heat, cold, and rain

Be able to work in a team environment

Willing to work odd hour to include weekends, days, nights, and holidays

Willing to work in a smoke, tobacco, and drug-free work environment
