WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Resource Management Specialist, you will: Administer multi-million-dollar budgets; analyze funding requirements; develop budget projections; monitor expenditures; ensure compliance with federal laws, regulations, policies, and funding requirements; and provide technical guidance on resource allocation and fiscal management to support organizational objectives. Serve as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Project Officer, or equivalent technical authority responsible for the development, administration, monitoring, and closeout of contracts, grants, and cooperative agreements. Develop statements of work, acquisition packages, funding recommendations, and award documentation; coordinate with procurement and grants officials; monitor recipient and contractor performance; resolve administrative and financial issues.
