What You’ll Do

Deliver Expert Care – Administer oxygen therapy, medications, and bronchial hygiene treatments to help patients breathe easier and recover faster.

Be a Critical Lifeline – Provide airway maintenance, including endotracheal intubation, and expertly manage mechanical ventilation (both invasive and non-invasive).

Assess & Act – Evaluate each patient’s condition and tailor care plans to address urgent and evolving respiratory needs.

Educate & Empower – Teach patients how to manage chronic lung conditions, giving them the tools to improve their quality of life.

Work at the Frontline of Emergencies – Serve on Rapid Response, Code Blue, and Trauma Teams, bringing calm expertise to high-pressure situations.

Support Specialized Procedures – Acquire and analyze arterial blood gases, assist with bronchoscopies, and ensure equipment is cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
What We’re Looking For

Education: Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program (or equivalent).

Experience: Relevant experience in the field is preferred.

Licensure: Licensed by the Maryland Board of Physicians as a Respiratory Care Practitioner OR must obtain license within 90 days of hire. Current BLS certification required.

Skills: Strong clinical judgment, ability to operate respiratory equipment safely and effectively, and comfort working across diverse patient populations.
