RESPIRATORY THERAPIST (14082)

Job Summary
Assist in training new employees and precept students.
Perform complex functions of life support ventilation systems in a manner of quality critical care support consistence with competencies, procedures, and/or protocols; also utilize registered therapists for guidance.
Perform daily maintenance of ABG lab for Joint Commission standards and CLIA.
Perform prescribed critical care procedures, documentation of procedures, and charge procedures.
Assist coworkers in maintaining productivity percentage above 100% year-to-date or prescribed by senior leadership.
Gather equipment after patient use, clean equipment per manufacture guidelines, return equipment to proper storage.
Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
