A Little More About Us

Crosswalk Health is transforming pulmonary care by bringing high-quality, guideline-based spirometry directly into primary care clinics. Our technology-enabled model helps patients receive earlier diagnoses while making specialty respiratory care more accessible—especially in rural and underserved communities.

Since seeing our first patient in July 2025, we've grown rapidly. In just six months, our team performed more than 3,000 spirometry tests. Today, we're proud to have a team of 60 respiratory therapists delivering care across 19 regions in 9 states, and we've helped nearly 10,000 patients access high-quality pulmonary diagnostics.

As a fast-growing healthcare startup, we're building more than a company—we're building a new model for pulmonary care. Every member of our team has the opportunity to make a meaningful impact as we continue to grow, innovate, and expand access to respiratory care across the country.
