What You’ll Do

• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies as ordered
• Assess and monitor residents’ respiratory status
• Document treatments, observations, and changes in condition
• Collaborate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain respiratory equipment and follow infection-control standards
• Deliver attentive, compassionate care to residents

What You’ll Need

• Active Wisconsin Respiratory Therapist license
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Dependability and a team-focused approach
• Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, or related healthcare experience preferred
