Respiratory Therapy Manager

Full Time, Days

Establishes work responsibilities and job specifications for clinical staff. Oversees patient care processes, implementing improvement strategies as appropriate. Organizes and evaluates clinical services and maintains performance improvement indicators. Supervise all Cardiopulmonary personnel, and assists the Director with Cardiopulmonary & Rehab Services operations and administrative functions as directed.

• Associate Degree
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience
• Florida RRT License
• AHA ACLS
• AHA BLS
• AHA PALS
