Italian hospitality meets urban flair and creates moments that feel like a little time out. #### Job Description **What does your working day look like …** - You are responsible for the successful operational management of the restaurant and banquet department, including achieving budget targets and ensuring a smooth service flow - You motivate your team, and supporting and challenging your service crew is a matter of course for you; you organize trainings, team meetings, and power briefings - As a passionate host, you make sure our guests have a "WOW experience" and you actively work alongside us in the restaurant and banquet area - You handle administrative tasks, such as shift planning, writing manuals and checklists, reservation management, etc. - You support our team with a contagious smile when all guests order at the same time. You also keep your cool when plans change spontaneously #### Qualifications **Your personality counts more than your CV …** - You have gained initial leadership experience in a similar role and ideally worked in this role in the hotel industry - You enjoy working with career changers and apprentices and develop your team into true service talents. Professional recruiting is also important to you. You select your service crew carefully and ensure organized onboarding - You can inspire your team just as you inspire your guests.
