Restaurant/Bar Supervisor

The Sheraton Greensboro is now looking for an outgoing, customer service focused Restaurant Outlet/Bar Supervisor. Duties will include:

• Supervising restaurant staff
• Assigning tasks
• Answering any questions and addressing concerns
• Interacting with customers ensuring a good dining experience
• Training of new staff
• Spending a majority of time out on the floor
• Opening and closing duties
• Maintaining a clean, neat work environment with an emphasis on safety
• Scheduling Staff

• Experience as a restaurant shift/bar shift supervisor or equivalent
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to multi task
• Ability to handle both employee and customer issues
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience with ordering supplies/alcohol very helpful
