You will welcome guests warmly and deliver timely, friendly service to ensure a delightful dining experience. You will perform daily opening and closing tasks, maintain cleanliness, and collaborate with team members to uphold service quality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly to create a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival
• Deliver timely and friendly customer service to exceed guest satisfaction and enhance their dining experience
• Execute daily pre-opening and closing tasks following standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas continuously throughout each shift to meet hygiene standards
• Complete all assigned daily responsibilities accurately and efficiently during each shift
• Arrive punctually in proper uniform and adhere to grooming standards to represent the establishment professionally
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain consistent, high-quality food and beverage service
• Perform additional food and beverage service duties as assigned by the manager to support operational needs
