Compensation: ₦85,000 monthly
Work Schedule: One day on, one day off (approximately 15 working days per month)

About the Role

Ikevora is recruiting a trustworthy and detail-oriented Cashier to handle customer payments, maintain accurate sales records and support front-of-house operations at a restaurant in Wuse 2, Abuja.

Key Responsibilities

• Process cash, bank transfers, card and other approved payments.
• Verify electronic payment confirmations and issue receipts.
• Record sales and maintain accurate payment records.
• Balance cash and reconcile daily sales at the end of each shift.
• Prepare sales summaries and report discrepancies.
• Provide courteous customer service and respond to payment enquiries.
• Coordinate with restaurant staff on orders and bills.
• Maintain a clean and secure cashier station and protect financial information.

Requirements

• HND or BSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous cashier or payment-handling experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and sales reporting.
• Familiarity with POS systems and electronic payment methods.
• Strong numerical, reconciliation and record-keeping skills.
• Honesty, integrity, attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
