Great hospitality in the Smokies is remembered at the table. As Restaurant Director, you will own the dining experience for two sister hotels on opposite banks of the Little Pigeon River. At the center is The Heirloom Room, our Appalachian-inspired fine dining restaurant with a curated wine and bourbon program. Around it is everything else that shapes how guests eat and drink with us, and the list is growing. You will set the standard, shape the beverage program, build the managers and leads who bring it to life, and help launch new ways to serve our guests. This is a role for a hospitality leader who loves a great pour and a great team, and who wants real ownership of a food and beverage program that is still being built.

What You’ll Do

• Lead food and beverage across both properties, setting one service standard for every outlet and guest touchpoint
• Shape and launch new dining offerings as we grow
• Coach and develop Restaurant Managers and Restaurant Leads, and grow the next generation of hospitality leaders

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Education

• 6 years of food and beverage experience, including at least 2 years at the manager level
• Multi-outlet experience preferred; in-room dining or room service experience a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or restaurant management preferred

Skills & Abilities

• Strong wine and spirits knowledge with the ability to lead a beverage program

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
