This full-time opportunity offers consistent hours within our operating schedule of 11 AM - 11 PM Sunday through Wednesday and 11 AM - 12 AM Thursday through Saturday. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, closing shifts, and holidays is essential.
HOW YOU'LL LEAD THE QUOTES DINING ROOM
As our Restaurant Floor Manager, you will serve as the driving force behind each shift, ensuring every guest receives the exceptional hospitality Quotes Willowbrook is known for. You will move throughout the dining room, supporting hosts, servers, bartenders, bussers, and kitchen leadership while keeping service running smoothly and efficiently. You will lead pre-shift communication, adjust floor coverage based on business demands, and monitor service flow, table turns, and guest satisfaction. Throughout the shift, you will coach employees, recognize strong performance, address concerns in real time, and reinforce company standards through your own example. You will proactively engage with guests, resolve issues professionally, support training efforts, maintain restaurant presentation standards, and make thoughtful decisions that protect both the guest experience and the success of the business. Every day, you will build a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and hospitality by leading directly from the floor.
Here's what we need from you:
- 3+ years of experience working in a casual fine dining setting
- 2+ years of experience leading or managing restaurant teams
- Experience is overseeing staff in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment
- Ability to set expectations, model professional behavior, and promote accountability
- Experience directing and supporting front-of-house team members, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff
- Thorough knowledge of hospitality best practices and delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Proven success training, mentoring, and developing employees while providing constructive feedback
- Ability to address performance, attendance, and workplace conduct issues
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to remain composed, professional, and customer-focused in high-pressure situations
